Zipi's dotloop integration makes reporting easy
Dotloop is one of the most popular and powerful real estate transaction management systems on the market today. With well over 300,000 users, dotloop helps agents streamline and organize their transactions, all in one place. But what about the rest of your business?
What dotloop does for transactions, Zipi does for your business intelligence, sales pipeline, office management and reporting. With our one-of-a-kind, custom integration with dotloop, Zipi users can seamlessly sync transactional data between deal loops in one system and your Zipi dashboards in the other.
Benefits of Zipi’s dotloop integration
Integrating your Zipi account with dotloop is easy and provides several key benefits that have helped many agents save countless hours on their reporting operations. Here are some of the key benefits our users typically find integrating with dotloop.
Real-time data across limitless of transactions
Out of the box, Zipi can sync your reporting data with all transactions inside dotloop. For agencies with any number of agents, this can provide high level, real-time insights across potentially limitless transactions. This level of reporting is virtually impossible through traditional spreadsheet tracking and reporting, and provides clear, actionable information at your fingertips.
No need for manual data entry
With traditional reporting methods, brokers and agents will typically need to collate routine business reports by manually entering data into spreadsheets, cutting and pasting numbers and cells from a suite of reports from other applications.
Because Zipi’s integration pulls the data from your dotloop account automatically, you will not need to enter the data manually. In addition, users can generate reports at any time, cutting hours from the time required to complete reporting for an average broker or agent.
Incorporate transactions from other sources
In complex organizations, transactions can be dealt with or managed through a range of applications, not just dotloop. With special agreements between brokers and agents, it is not uncommon that a broker may have to integrate several sources of transaction data. Using Zipi, transactions not managed through dotloop can be easily entered into the individual agent transaction pipelines, giving users full visibility of transaction volume and metrics in one place, then pushed to dotloop to eliminate duplicate data entry.
Validate dotloop commission checks
For each accurate record of transaction data, an equally accurate commission split is also required. With conventional spreadsheets, calculation errors are easily made with incorrect data entry or formulas. For agents and brokers, our Commission Validator tool makes verifying commission checks easy and painless. (Try it for free, here). For Zipi users, however, Zipi automatically allows users to perform complex and simple commission calculations easily for every deal.
